For The Rixey
If you’re keen with mice and students with their feet up all evening in the common areas, this is the place for you! Oh and bring a canoe and some rafts, as it’s a flood almost every week. Management is over the Top Horrible with the exception of Caroline and Brandon.

Hello anonymos reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback- we appreciate any opportunity to improve our residents experiences. We are a new construction community and we did not come with out our share of headaches, including a few leaks. You are correct that we did have a few minor leaks, three to be exact, since August of last year. When a community is first built we test and test and test to the best of our ability to ensure everything is working properly but sometimes we do not find leaks and such until our homes are actually being lived in. In each of the three leaks we were able to have all affected homes returned to their pre-leak condition within 3-5 days, leaving no resident suffering for any extended period of time. I'm sorry that you feel the amenity spaces are too occupied but we are delighted to see that we build a community where residents feel welcome to use the amenity spaces at their leisure! We do offer reservations for our amenity spaces if you are ever looking for a private space!
