Embark on a journey through America’s history with a walk down the National Mall, from the Capitol to the numerous Smithsonians, all the way to the Lincoln Memorial. Start your workday with a quick stroll to one of the many local coffee shops, including Starbucks, or grab a healthy salad for lunch at the neighborhood Sweetgreen. Capitol Hill homes offer locations surrounded by local coffee shops, delicious restaurants, hip boutiques, and a number of grocery stores, for those who want to utilize the unit’s fully equipped kitchen. End your busy weekday with a happy hour drink at one of the many bars down Barracks Row, DC’s oldest commercial district, or at a local watering hole like the Capitol Lounge on Pennsylvania Ave. On weekends, enjoy a day of shopping at Eastern Market, a cultural hotspot known for its outdoor plethora of food vendors, artisans, and craftsmen. Hop on the metro stop just four blocks away to hit Chinatown for a Caps game or walk to Nationals Park for a baseball game. A variety of colorful options for dining, daytime activities, and nightlife abound in Capitol Hill and its surrounding neighborhoods, only a quick Metro or Uber ride away.
Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. If found that certain items cause plumbing issues, we can and will charge the guest. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down any drain. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
