If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. If found that certain items cause plumbing issues, we can and will charge the guest. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down any drain. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
