Vernon Sq. or Shaw-Howard on the Green/Yellow Line, and less than a 20-minute walk to the Red Line station NoMa-Gallaudet. It's also a 12-minute walk to the Washington Convention Center.
Enjoy everything DC has to offer conveniently from this inviting 1-bedroom English basement apartment, perfect for both business and pleasure visits to the capital city. The apartment can comfortably sleep and house up to 4 people and comes fully equipped with a kitchen as well as a washer and dryer for your laundering convenience. Smart TVs with Amazon Fire TV and Roku and high-speed Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment and connectivity needs.
Pet is allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five-night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pets. If your stay is more than five nights, a fee of $10 per additional night will apply. Free street parking nearby is available for one vehicle.
