If this rule is ignored, the building may fine you. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, a charge of $250 will apply. The pool is only open from May to September (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
