The building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, your card can be charged, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers) for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, tissues, or excess toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If found that these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance.
