Small dogs and cats under 35 lbs are welcome with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. A Pack and Play and/or high chair are available for a $25 rental fee, which must be reserved in advance. Several parking options are available, and inquiries should be made in advance.

You will have a physical key to enter the home. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within the interior or within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise monitoring devices are in place. Excessive noise will result in termination of your stay without refund. Exterior cameras record common areas and entries. Avoid flushing or disposing of items like cooking grease, feminine products, wipes, dental floss, diapers, pills, and paper towels to prevent plumbing issues. Maintenance may require access to the property with 24-hour notice.
