Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 smoking fee and termination of your stay without refund. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and exterior cameras record common areas. Certain items should not be flushed or put down drains to avoid plumbing issues, and guests may be charged for any damages. The fireplace in this home is only decorative.
Includes 24/7 support via text, email, or phone, coffee, fresh towels, and bathroom essentials. The home is immaculately clean with self check-in available. A laptop computer is not included.
