The dining room table is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or takeout. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer which are coin-operated or can be used cashless via an app.
Parking is on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance is available to apply for a parking permit. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 applies if you are booking a flat that allows pets. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee.

You’ll receive your check-in information 48 hours prior to your arrival, and a unique check-in code will be sent to you 8 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee applies if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay.
