The apartment offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. Check-in information will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code provided 8 hours before arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras are installed to monitor common areas.
