Fully outfitted with a queen bed, feather comforters, Lather soaps, in-unit washer and dryer, Giga Blast Wi-Fi, central heat and air, and Smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube TV in both the bedroom and living room, this home offers all of the conveniences needed for a seamless stay. The kitchen is appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and the tools to cook a full meal. The owner occupies the townhouse above.
This apartment is carefully curated and thoughtfully designed, complete with beautiful and comfortable furniture. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, superior quality mattresses, and the most comfortable, welcoming linens you have ever slept on. Blackout shades or curtains are in every room, and Giga Blast Business Speed Wi-Fi is available.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. Several parking options are available; please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
By day, the neighborhood is buzzing with everyone from senators and Supreme Court justices to law clerks and Capitol Hill staffers. By night, it becomes a focal point for culinary genius, with nationally famous restaurants. Capitol Hill is one of the city’s most popular places to live, with 19th-century rowhouses, a vibrant nightlife, and a dining scene. Attractions include the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, the Folger Shakespeare Library, and the U.S. Botanic Garden. Eastern Market and Barracks Row offer a lively atmosphere with grocers, bakers, and must-try restaurants.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if violated. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. The backyard is for long-term tenants in the main home only, but guests are welcome to enjoy the front yard with patio furniture. Self check-in is seamless and easy, with a code provided 48 hours before arrival. The home may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour notice provided.
