4801 Apartment
It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath. It is one of the most spacious living spaces I have seen in DC for its price, there is so much natural light, and it has a great view of the Washington Monument and National Cathedral. And it’s on the top floor at the end of a... hallway so it’s quieter than most apartments. There is parking under the building and outside, there is laundry in the basement, two vending machines, and rooftop access with a hot tub.
You don’t need to apologize about any questions- I’m happy to answer anything that comes up. My apartment building is 4801 Connecticut Avenue Apartments. Here is their [web address removed] listing: https://www. [web address removed]/4801-connecticut-avenue-apartments-washington-dc/8gqzfw0/. The neighborhood is very quaint but within a 10-15 minute walk to both the Tenleytown and Van Ness metro stops on the Red Line. To campus, it’s a 10 minute bus ride. In a few block radius, there is CVS, a few restaurants, a bagel shop, a couple coffee shops, and a DC staple bookstore, Politics and Prose. Grocery stores like Giant, Whole Foods, and Safeway are nearby, as well.
