Avalon at Foxhall corner apartment with 2 balconies close to campus, cathedral view, laundry in unit
We live in an great apartment in the Avalon at Foxhall. It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. It is a corner apartment, meaning we have 2 balconies! One is in the living room and one is in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are the same size and... are very spacious, and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Additionally, we face the Washington National Cathedral and have a view of it from all rooms in the house. We have laundry in unit as well, with a washer and dryer located in the bathroom. We have a large pantry and lots of kitchen storage space. We have a foyer with lots of room for shoes and coats. Additionally, the living room gets a lot of natural light. The building is located approximately an 8 minute walk away from campus. It is also a 5 minute walk away from the bus to Tenleytown, and the D96 bus to Potomac Park is right outside the building. Additionally, there is a Walgreens, Starbucks, and a strip of restaurants a 5-7 minute walk away. There is 24 hour security at the building, a gym, and a rooftop pool open during the summer. If you take over our lease, we will pass it onto you immediately and you won't have to wait on the waitlist for an apartment. Additionally, the rent will not rise- you will take the lease as is.
