It was difficult trying to get the move in process started because we weren’t sent the welcome letter which tells us next steps. Also the bellhop to help with moving in was no where to be found so it was a lot of trips. But the building is beautiful and the people are nice.

Marcus was terrific. Highly professional and welcoming. Our move was not easy from CT to DC but everyone was helpful during the move in process at Balsa.

My experience has been awesome so far! Everyone on staff is so kind and willing to help you out. Moving in was the easiest move in experience I’ve ever had. My apartment is modern, clean, and luxurious. Also the amenities within the building are extraordinary, I was genuinely in shock when I first saw the gym!

I’ve lived here for a few days and it’s great! Very nice, clean spaces with top amenities. Everyone is super helpful and the concierge is a nice touch. Area around us feels super safe and has a lot to do and going out places. Overall very quiet.
