Corner unit w lots of natural light from the South facing large 10th floor balcony doors. Easy access to a roof terrace. Street parking, garage parking, and building parking are available for a fee. The building has a community garden, fitness center, outdoor pool, party room, 24-hour security and front desk attendant. Recycling & trash services are provided. Near NIH and Walter Reed. Close to AU, both me and my roommate metro there everyday.
