BEWARE
DO NOT RENT HERE. I reported mold concerns, bubbling drywall, and suspected water damage in January. Instead of investigating the source of the problem, the wall was simply painted over. Months later, a mushroom literally grew out of the wall in the exact area I had reported. Only then was a leaking pipe and mold behind the drywall discovered. The building appears to have ongoing plumbing problems, with residents frequently receiving notices about building-wide water shutoffs for repairs—sometimes multiple times per month. The worst part was the lack of communication and accountability. During remediation, I was repeatedly assured the work would be completed on time. When I returned home, my apartment was sealed behind containment barriers, my belongings were inaccessible, and I was forced to pay for a hotel because the work was not completed as promised. A home should be a place where you feel safe and can trust management to address serious issues promptly. That was not my experience. Between the mold, water damage, repeated plumbing issues, poor communication, and disruption to daily life, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
