The staff is unknowledgeable about anything going on
The CVS and Giant seem convenient but they are a joke - not secure and not well stocked
Parking garages and metro station are a hub for homeless people and don't feel safe
Your mail + packages won't be safe
Elevators go out frequently
Communications are extremely lacking

Great apartment complex with friendly staff! Proximity to metro is in incredibly convenient. Apartments are modern and reasonably priced. The Alamo drafthouse cinema nearby is another great perk!

Goood staff with a very good location right next to the metro. Security and safety around the building can be a concern especially early morning or late at night. Car safety and security has been an issue for me.

Great ! Love the neighborhood. Everything is convenient! Love the amenities !!! Love the key fob security so no one can get in ! Love the leasing staff !!! They treat my babies so good !!!!

Rhode Island Row is a super convenient NE DC location with close proximity to the Metro and Brentwood neighborhood amenities. The Alamo Drafthouse theater, Giant grocery store, and RI Row businesses like CVS, Chipotle, Truist Bank, the DC DMV, and Dunkin Donuts are with in steps of the apartment building.

We take security very seriously, and while the Metro station and Colonial Parking (owners of the parking garage) have their own security, we... will be sure to contact them to voice your concerns and encourage them to address any issues in these areas.
