About the house and current tenant: Charming house located off of Western Ave with enough room for only 2 people. Currently only one tenant lives in the house. Tenant is quiet and easy going, and enjoys living in a clutter-free zen space. Tenant is also vegetarian and keeps a vegetarian household.
