There is a large fenced in yard and patio space in the backyard. Tenants will have access to the Somerset pool along with tennis courts. The house is available for immediate move in. We are looking for at least a 12 month lease with an option to extend on the monthly basis.

There is quick access to the crescent trail that leads to Bethesda and downtown DC. Somerset sits behind Friendship Heights and has easy access to the metro and Wisconsin Ave. Whole foods and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
