• Signs the lease and shares financial responsibility

- Earns 5x monthly rent

Move-In Requirements:
• First month’s rent & security deposit ($2,300) due at signing
• Proof of renter’s insurance required before move-in
• Tenant responsible for building move-in fees ($750 total) and refundable moving deposit
